TERMS & CONDITIONS
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All products have a lead time of 45 - 60 days after order confirmation, receipt of Purchase Order, receipt of downpayment and approval of all specifications. Delivery period may also be extended subject to availability of materials specified by client.
Delivery and installation are subject to additional charges. Otherwise, delivery can be made to a location within Metro Manila as specified by buyer, and further transport will be for buyer's account.
RETURN & REFUND
Returns will only be applicable if an incorrect item was shipped, if the item was damaged or defective upon delivery or if the product specifications were not met.
Items will be replaced under the given circumstances, provided the client informs us and notes down the concern within 24 hours after receiving the item.
Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded unless due to damages from manufacturing. Should there be any damages, client must not accept the delivery. A waiver is provided to certify that the items were delivered in good condition. Damages made after will not be accepted for exchange.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Changes in design specification (color, materials, size, layout, fabric, etc.) may be subject to price adjustment. Prices quoted are for specifications provided.
A sales invoice shall be issued once specifications have been discussed and agreed upon. Once signed and a down payment has been received, Manolo Living will not accept cancellation, return or refund of items.
WARRANTY
Each piece is covered with a 1 year warranty for factory defect. This does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damages not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
